J.R.Perkins is able to provide its customer with the ability and knowledge of their technicians, to service any brand of heating & cooling system. If ever there is a repair required during a routine service call, our technicians can provide you with upfront pricing of the repair to allow you to make a decision that's best for you. We work on what's called a Flat Rate Pricing system, which means that our technicians are NOT commissioned salesmen who only make their money when they sell parts. You can fully trust that when a J.R.Perkins technician tells you that a particular repair is needed, that it's needed to the point of having a 100% functioning & efficient heating & cooling system. The choice is always that of our customer and it's our technician’s job to keep you informed of all potential issues with your equipment to allow for the best outcome for every customer.

Our company has the ability to install most major brands of heating & cooling systems. We have a great installation crew that will no doubt provide satisfaction to any customer. We have a unique follow up plan of action that no doubt provide satisfaction to any customer. We have a unique follow up plan of action that no doubt will leave our customers feeling confident in their choice to use JR Perkins Heating & Cooling for the Installation of a new comfort system. We are and APS & SRP certified contractors so we can offer utility rebates on those systems that qualify.
